Throughline is not released yet, so there is no support desk to open a ticket on. Send bug reports and feature requests to hello@strangelightaudio.com, and join the newsletter to hear when it ships.

Bug reports travel best with your operating system, DAW and version, the plugin format you are running, and the steps that reproduce the problem.
