Envelope Follower
Turns the loudness of audio into modulation for auto-wah and ducking.
Input Level
Pre-gain applied to the incoming signal before envelope detection.
The Input Level control sets the level at which the incoming audio drives envelope detection.
Threshold
Gate threshold for the detector. Higher values need a louder input to open.
The Threshold control suppresses envelope response below the selected input level.
Attack
How quickly the follower rises when the input level increases.
The Attack control sets how quickly the output rises towards a louder detected level.
Release
How quickly the follower falls when the input level decreases.
The Release control sets how quickly the output falls after the detected level decreases.
Out Min
Sets the modulation value produced at the bottom of the detected level range. Together with Out Max, this sets the span of the modulation.
The Out Min control sets the output value produced at the bottom of the detected range.
Out Min and Out Max together define the remapped output range.
Out Max
Sets the modulation value produced at the top of the detected level range. Together with Out Min, this sets the span of the modulation.
The Out Max control sets the output value produced at the top of the detected range.
Out Min and Out Max together define the remapped output range.
