Selects the response curve used to reshape incoming note velocity.
Changes whether low, middle, or high input velocities receive more emphasis.
Linear Preserves proportional differences between input velocities.
Exponential Expands high velocities and makes softer playing more restrained.
Logarithmic Raises softer velocities while compressing the upper range.
S-Curve Softens both extremes while retaining contrast through the middle.
Amount
Zero leaves velocity unchanged. Positive values apply the selected curve; negative values apply its mirrored response, so Exponential becomes log-like.
0 leaves velocity unchanged; positive values blend towards the selected curve, while negative values blend towards its mirrored response.
