MIDI Clock

Converts incoming MIDI realtime clock into the standard Clock signal, so external gear or a host MIDI clock can drive sequencers, Clock Divider, LFOs, and delays. Every 24 Timing Clock ticks advance the phase by one beat. The phase glides continuously at the tempo measured from recent tick spacing and stays phase-locked to the ticks, so clock jitter never stalls or rewinds it. Start arms the clock at the downbeat, and the next tick starts it exactly there. Continue resumes from where the clock stopped, and Stop freezes the phase and ignores ticks until the next Start or Continue. Ticks from gear that never sends Start still run the clock. Realtime messages always pass the MIDI In channel filter. Available goes high with the first Start, Continue, Stop, or tick and drops after half a second without any. The meter is always 4/4, and Song Position Pointer is ignored.
