Bitcrusher

Adds lo-fi grit by lowering bit depth and sample rate.

Bits

Sets quantization depth; lower values create coarser amplitude steps.

Lower values add louder quantisation noise and more audible staircase distortion.

Downsample

Holds each sample for this number of audio samples, which lowers the sample rate you hear. 1 leaves it unchanged; higher values add rough, digital overtones.

Higher values hold each sample longer, adding brighter digital aliases and roughness.

Mix

Blends the unchanged input with the crushed signal.

At 0% you hear the dry input; at 100% you hear only the crushed signal.
