Euclidean Sequencer

Generates Euclidean rhythm patterns as MIDI note events.

Distributes note pulses across a bounded step pattern using the algorithmVersion 1 anchored bucket-distribution contract. Every non-empty unrotated pattern begins on a pulse. Positive rotation moves pulses to later steps, wrapping at the pattern boundary. It runs only from an explicitly wired Clock: four incoming phase units form one complete pattern cycle, and a Clock Divider changes the wired step interval. Divider swing currently stretches every interval by the same amount rather than alternating long and short steps. Gate Ratio sets note length as a fraction of that wired step interval.
